Glad you called more attention to this speech. We need to pick up Kuhn's call to place accountability at every level of the education system. How is it that politicians and districts can preside over seemingly intractable systemic failures and all the blame goes to those with the least power to change the system? Of course, a better option, and I think Kuhn would agree, would be for us to stop blaming and focus on providing the best that we, as a society and as individuals, can offer for ALL children.

It's so rare you find someone so willing to speak out from such a position. I attended his session at the SOS Conference in DC. He mentioned how lucky he is to have a supportive school board. I think we're all lucky for that.
