That would be wonderful except the bathroom is two hallways away and the schedule is not bladder-friendly.

This is a great post - thanks! You offer a lot of useful ideas. I especially like your point of starting the day off with a smoothie! They're thick and tasty, unlike those mixed veggie drinks. As a teacher, since my schedule can be hectic, I actually brought protein power and make shakes to ensure I get the right amount of protein I need in the day. The banana cinnamon is the best protein powder and I encourage all to try it.
