Thanks for sharing this wonderful interview. You're right--the DETAIL is what sets this apart. You'd be hard pressed to find anyone who denies the importance of collaboration among school staff, but collaboration often founders on poor implementation. Timmons demonstrates that collaboration has to be much more than a fine sentiment.
