Can't wait to read all six pieces--give 'em heck! Or better yet, give 'em evidence. Eventually, the fact that NCLB didn't work and the Blueprint emphasizes its worst features and throws in a few more punitive/competitive tactics will sink in. Or at least, that's what I'm praying for.
