These are interesting questions, Bill. Your "How do you learn?" section reminds me of my interview with PDS. In that interview I was asked what three blogs in my RSS reader most influenced me as an educator and why I found them so influential. The question sparked a great conversation that allowed me to share a lot about my own learning and also see the values of the school's leadership. Great post.
