Mr. Ferriter, I am very interested in your knowledge of introducing technology in the classroom. I am a student at the University of South Alabama studying Secondary Education concentrating in math. I think it is a very good idea to use technology in the classroom to enhance learning. I am a hands on learner, so I think it would be very effective. Your workshops sound very interesting. I enjoyed reading your blog.

So heres an interesting question, Hannah: What are the best applications youve seen of technology in the math classroom?

I know thats the area where I struggle to find direct connections between new digital tools and changing learning spaces.

Looking forward to your response,
Bill

Great images and quotes through your link to "great teaching in the 21st century."

Definitely want to use these to frame teacher recruitment to our district project on "concept-based inquiry learning in social studies." using the model of science note booking and transferring the same ideas over to social studies. Really enjoying your insights and look forward to sharing them in Jeffco Schools (Colorado).
